New Directions Training is passionate about learning and creating a positive experience.  Our professional service is centred on delivering training programmes to our specialist recruitment divisions in care and education.  We also offer a bespoke service to other areas and maintain a commitment to staff development.

New Directions Training – external training provider was launched in January 2009 following delivering training internally to our temporary supply workers for over 10 years.  We offer a quick and efficient service and enjoy delivering, sourcing or tailoring training programmes to address your needs.

We have a number of training venues through our network of nationwide branch operations and are happy to bring training to you, in-house at your venue.  Our flexible approach offers open courses, twilight, evening and weekend courses means training is accessible by all.

New Directions Training has built strong relationships with companies across South Wales, Wales and the West in the last 2 and a half years and we are keen to expand on our current client list.

As a registered training centre with the Chartered Institute of Environmental Health we specialise in food safety, health and safety, first aid and health and social care training.  We deliver a monthly care induction for new care workers equipping them within the minimum requirements in line with the social care standards induction framework.

We also offer people skills, supervisory and management skills training and most recently the World Host principles of customer service training programme which can be used across a wide variety of industries where the quality of front-line customer service is key to the success of the business.
