This two day course is aimed at individuals involved in the health and social care sector who are required to carry out activities which involve the moving and handling of people. This course will adhere to the guidelines of the All Wales NHS Manual Handling Training Passport Scheme.

• Module A – Introduction
• Module B – Inanimate load handling and ergonomics
• Module C – Sitting, standing, and walking
• Module D – Bed mobility
• Module E – Lateral transfers
• Module F – Hoisting
