The workshop will cover the following main areas:

•  Practical strategies to ensure successful behaviour management
•  Using a model of human behaviour to promote more effective communication
•  Sharing Good Practice

 By the end of the workshop participants should:

•  Understand how to promote and encourage positive behaviour which supports the learning of students
•  Have acquired and practised effective skills to deal with difficult situations

 The course will combine presentations with practical sessions, and will aim to introduce some flexibility in order to address key issues for course participants
